# Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Some items in the store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
## Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries of your Soma Soil drops. These are based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you are charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel at any time. You can also pause, skip, or change the frequency of your deliveries whenever you like.
To manage your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation emails to access your order, where you can update, pause, or cancel it. You can also email us at **hello@somasoil.com** and we'll help. Changes and cancellations take effect for any order that has **not yet been processed or billed**; once an order has been charged and entered fulfilment it ships under our **Shipping Policy**, and any quality or satisfaction issue is covered by our **Refund & Returns Policy**.
## Pre-orders
When you buy something on pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available but is not yet in stock. At checkout, we may not charge anything, or only charge a partial amount, but we save your payment method and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date after fulfilment.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. You can read more about returns and refunds in our **Refund & Returns Policy**.
## Try before you buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorise your payment method before the order is fulfilled. You get a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period has passed and you have not returned the item, we charge the full amount to your payment method.
