# Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains when Soma Soil issues refunds and replacements. Please read it carefully — because our drops are an ingestible product, our policy works a little differently from a typical returns policy.
## Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Functional mushrooms work on your baseline, and that takes a little time. We want you to try Soma Soil with zero risk.
**If you're not happy with your drops for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — including shipping. You do not need to return the bottle.**
To request a refund, email us within **30 days of delivery** at **hello@somasoil.com** with:
- Your order number
- A short note on what didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us improve)
That's it. No hoops, no return shipping.
### What the guarantee covers
- You simply didn't get on with the product or didn't feel the difference
- Change of mind after purchase
- Drops that arrive damaged, degraded, or not as described
- Bottles damaged in transit
- Incorrect items sent
- Defective or compromised packaging that affected the product
### A few reasonable limits
So we can keep offering a no-questions guarantee, refunds under this policy:
- Apply to your **first order of a given product** (so customers can try it risk-free); repeat or bulk purchases of the same item may be handled case by case
- Are limited to a **reasonable household quantity** and may be declined where we see evidence of abuse of the guarantee
## Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within **14 days of delivery** at **hello@somasoil.com** with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — even outside the 30-day window where the issue is clearly on us.
## Returns
Because our drops are an ingestible product, we generally **cannot accept physical returns** for health and safety reasons. Where you are entitled to a refund under this policy, we will process it **without requiring you to ship the product back**, unless we specifically request otherwise.
## How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your **original payment method**. Please allow **5–10 business days** for the refund to appear after it has been approved, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will refund the price of the affected product and any shipping you paid on that order.
## Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at **hello@somasoil.com** as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered fulfilment or shipped we may not be able to change it. Orders that have already shipped are handled under the sections above.
## Subscriptions
For pausing, skipping, rescheduling, or cancelling a subscription, see our **Subscription & Cancellation Policy**. If a subscription order you have already been billed for arrives with an issue — or simply isn't working for you — the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above applies.
