# Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Soma & Soil. This policy explains how and when we ship your order.

## Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the **United States** only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

## Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within **1–2 business days** of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

We produce our drops in small batches so that what reaches you is fresh and full-strength. Occasionally, during a new batch release or a high-demand period, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we will let you know.

## Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within **3–5 business days**, depending on your location. Total time from order to doorstep is generally **4–7 business days**.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the carrier, and we cannot control delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or other events outside our control.

## Shipping rates

- **Subscriptions:** Free shipping on every subscription order.
- **Orders of 2 or more bottles:** Free shipping.
- **Single one-time bottles:** A flat shipping rate of **$6** applies. *[Confirm flat rate.]*

Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

## Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

## Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check with members of your household and neighbours, and allow 1–2 days, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at **hello@somasoil.com** within **14 days of the expected or actual delivery date** with your order number and, for damage, photos. We will work with you to make it right — see our **Refund & Returns Policy**.

## Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
