Soma & Soil was started by Hannes and Melvin — two brothers from Sweden who grew up closer to the forest than the pharmacy.

We’re Hannes and Melvin — two brothers from Sweden. We grew up between lake and pine, in a house where a walk in the forest was the family answer to almost everything.
Years later we were both chasing performance the modern way — caffeine, willpower, not enough sleep — and we hit the same wall in the same grey Swedish autumn. The forest still held the quieter answer it always had. So we taught ourselves to make it properly: real functional mushrooms, full-strength, nothing diluted.
Soma & Soil is what we wished existed — the science of the mushroom, made into a daily ritual you’ll actually keep.

We formulate in small batches in the USA, and build around the circadian day instead of a trend. If a compound isn’t doing real work at a real dose, we leave it out.
